As the Marketing & Database Manager for the Adrian Brien Automotive Group I was in charge of all aspects of the group’s online presence including websites, social media, Google Ads and search optimisation.

In addition I was also responsible for the management of the Dealership Management System which included monthly reports and the development of ongoing CRM campaigns utilising text messages, emails and direct mail.

I also managed a small admin team and developed an online training portal in SharePoint to better streamline ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
